Welcome to SoulSync By_Shiwangi, operated by Shiwangi ("we", "us", "our"). Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or services. By booking a session or using this website, you accept these terms in full.

1. Services

SoulSync By_Shiwangi offers the following services, delivered online via video call (Google Meet / Zoom) or in person:

• Tarot Guidance
• Akashic Record Readings
• Emotional & Trauma Wellness
• Career Guidance (DMIT)
• Energy Wellness (Pranic, Chakra, Cord Cutting, Aura)
• Past Life Regression
• 1 Month Mindset Reset Program
• Clarity Call (30-minute consultation)

Service descriptions, durations and prices are listed on the respective service pages on our website. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of all applicable taxes.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment via our secure payment gateway (PayU). A booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.

• Payments are processed in INR through PayU's secure payment system
• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and digital wallets
• Your booking slot is only guaranteed after successful payment
• Please ensure your contact details (name, email, phone) are accurate at the time of booking

3. Session Conduct

• Sessions are conducted online via Google Meet or Zoom unless otherwise agreed
• Please join the session on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be forfeited
• Recording of sessions without prior written consent from Shiwangi is strictly prohibited
• Respectful and courteous conduct is expected during all sessions

4. Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time by contacting us via WhatsApp (+91 92431 12375) or email. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, session materials and methodologies — is the intellectual property of SoulSync By_Shiwangi / Shiwangi. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoulSync By_Shiwangi and Shiwangi shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our services
• Outcomes or results from wellness sessions, which depend on individual receptivity and effort
• Technical issues beyond our control (internet outages, platform failures, etc.)

8. No Guarantees

Wellness and personal transformation are unique to each individual. SoulSync By_Shiwangi does not guarantee specific results from any session. The effectiveness of services depends on the client's openness, participation and commitment.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
