Refund & Cancellation Policy

 We aim to be fair and transparent. Please read this policy before making a booking.

At SoulSync By_Shiwangi, we want every client to feel confident booking with us. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and our cancellation procedure.

1. Cancellation by Client

For Clarity Calls (₹299): Due to the low price point, Clarity Calls are non-refundable. You may request a reschedule up to 6 hours before the call.

2. Cancellation by SoulSync By_Shiwangi

In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session (due to illness, emergency or unforeseen circumstances), you will:

• Be notified as soon as possible via WhatsApp and/or email
• Be offered a rescheduled session at a mutually convenient time, OR
• Receive a full refund (100%) if rescheduling is not possible or preferred

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session without penalty if you give us at least 24 hours' notice. To reschedule:

Each booking may be rescheduled once. Multiple rescheduling requests may not be accommodated.

4. Multi-Session Packages

For combo packages (e.g. Emotional Wellness — 3 Sessions, Energy Wellness — Combo 3):

• If no sessions have been used: full refund is available within 7 days of purchase
• If one or more sessions have been used: refund is calculated proportionally for unused sessions only, minus a 10% processing fee
• No refund is available after 30 days from the date of purchase

5. Long-Term Programs (1 Month)

For monthly programs (Mindset Reset, Career Reset, Trauma Recovery, Subconscious Reprogramming):

• Cancellation within 72 hours of purchase (before program start): full refund
• Cancellation after program has started: proportional refund for unused portion, minus a 15% admin fee
• No refund after 14 days of program start, as significant time and resources would have been invested

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

• Your full name and email address used for booking
• The service booked and date of booking
• Your PayU Transaction ID (found in your payment confirmation email)
• Reason for requesting a refund

7. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, wallet)
• Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval (depending on your bank or payment provider)
• You will receive a confirmation once the refund is initiated

8. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Dissatisfaction with the outcome of a session (wellness results are subjective and individual)
• Cancellation requested less than 24 hours before a one-off session
• No-shows without prior notice
• Clarity Calls (₹299)
• Digital products or downloadable materials (if applicable in the future)
